Taking time out

Sorry for the long delay in keeping this blog up to date - things have been so busy.

However I want to say something about how hypnosis can be used to lessen the day to day stress we all seem to suffer from - especially as it gets closer to Christmas!

Many people think of trying meditation as a way of helping them relax - but give up as they find it too difficult to achieve the " right" state of mind. Perhaps they should consider self-hypnosis - you can even learn it from Cds and , in my own experience , it is a lot easier to learn and do than meditation.
